Professor Billings and colleagues have published a review paper in SOIL, a new, open access publication from the European Geophysical Union.

Professor Billings and colleagues have published a review paper in SOIL, a new, open access publication from the European Geophysical Union. The paper describes how long-standing and apparently intractable problems surrounding the projection of soil feedbacks to climate can be partially addressed using continuous flow cultures in the lab. The paper outlines important experiments valuable for informing Earth System Models. Co-authors include Lisa Tiemann, Ford Ballantyne, Christoph Lehmeier, and Kyungjin Min.
